A NASPA member for 20 years, Penney has 13 years of experience in housing and residential life, student activities, judicial affairs, and new student orientation.

Barbara B. Rose, Senior Consulting Associate, Grenzebach Glier & Associates, Inc. Ms. Rose has been a development officer in higher education and healthcare and a member of CASE for over 25 years. She has operated in both development and student affairs at Georgia Institute of Technology, where in two years she raised $3.3 million for student affairs programs and the new campus theatre.
