Web Cast Description
Without student employees, it would be difficult to operate many of our most important campus services. Students are employed in housing facilities, bookstores, dining services, administrative offices and many other areas. Your student employees serve your campus operation, but how you are serving them?
Have you established learning outcomes for your student employees?
How is your student employment program tied to the academic mission of the institution? How are you assessing your student employment program?
As a result of participating in this web conference, participants will:
- Learn how to establish learning outcomes for student employees
- Understand how students can demonstrate outcomes in a campus work setting as employees
- Hear feedback from a supervisor and student employee on how the student employee learning outcomes program affected supervision and job performance
- Discover creative ideas for adapting student learning outcomes for your campus or department
